Return Policy

We offer one of the best return policies in the online business. Returns will be accepted for 30 days from the date of purchase excluding our shipping and handling costs. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, be advised that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your return refund. We also charge a 4% restocking fee on any return purchased via credit card.

Returning an Item

Return authorization (RA) will be required for all returns. If a return does not have a pre-approved return authorization (RA) number on the outside package, it may be refused. Email us at info@backyardtheatersystems.com or call 612-718-5550 to request RA number. All returns must be in new original condition, complete with original packaging. All returns must be sent prepaid. Customer pays all return shipping costs.

Shipping

Backyard Theater Systems LLC will make sure our customers receive their product in a timely and inexpensive manner. All orders are shipped via UPS or Fed Ex Ground service. An email with a tracking number will be sent once the order has been shipped. Additional rates apply for expedited shipping requirements.

Shipping to Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico

We do not ship to these areas at this time.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside the United States and Canada. Canadian residents will require additional shipping and handling charges. All Canadian import duties will be at Canadian residents expense.

APO/PO Boxes

We currently do not ship to APO or PO Boxes.

Taxes

Taxes will be charged for Minnesota residents at 7.25%
